SanDisk CFast Extreme Pro 2.0 64GB VPG 130 525MB/s

SanDisk CFast Extreme Pro 2.0 64GB VPG 130 525MB/s | Fast CFast storage

Keep a CFast-based workflow supplied with a card that offers 64GB of capacity and a stated speed of 525MB/s. The SanDisk CFast Extreme Pro 2.0 is for photographers and filmmakers whose equipment calls for CFast media and who want a clear capacity and speed rating when choosing a card. Its VPG 130 designation is part of the product name, alongside the CFast 2.0 format. That makes it a specific option for a setup built around this card type, rather than a general-purpose memory card. The useful point is that the key figures are easy to identify before you buy: 64GB, VPG 130 and 525MB/s. One practical note: the format has to suit your equipment; the headline speed alone can’t tell you that.

When you’re comparing storage, start with the format your setup accepts, then consider the capacity and speed figures that suit the way you work. Those are separate parts of the choice, and a prominent speed number shouldn’t be treated as a substitute for matching the card format. If you already use CFast media, this card keeps that choice straightforward: it’s a CFast 2.0 model with a clearly stated capacity and speed rating. If you’re building a kit from scratch, take a moment to identify the required card format before narrowing down the options. That small step is more useful than choosing by a speed figure alone, and helps keep your purchase focused on what your equipment can use.
