Saramonic Lavalier Microphone Set UwMic9 TX9 + RX9 Uhf
Saramonic Lavalier Microphone Set UwMic9 TX9 + RX9 UHF | Keep interview voices close
For interviews and presenter-led video, a lavalier microphone puts the voice at the speaker rather than several feet away at the camera. The Saramonic Lavalier Microphone Set UwMic9 TX9 + RX9 UHF is a UHF microphone system with a TX9 transmitter and an RX9 receiver. It’s suited to spoken pieces where you want the person on camera to speak naturally without leaning towards a microphone on the table. That makes it a practical format for a seated interview, a presenter speaking to camera or a recorded conversation in which the camera needs to stay in position. The lavalier approach keeps the mic with the person speaking; the transmitter and receiver carry the signal between them. It’s a focused setup for capturing speech, rather than a general room microphone for recording a whole space.
Specialist Note
The UwMic9 TX9 + RX9 keeps an interview speaker’s microphone close, so they don’t have to lean across the table towards a distant mic. The TX9 is the transmitting part of the set; place that with the person speaking, then position the RX9 at the receiving end of the link. Its UHF system is the radio link between the two, which suits a presenter piece or a seated interview where the speaker and recording position are apart. I’d consider it for speech-focused work, especially when you want the person to talk comfortably on camera. One honest limit: a lavalier is for the speaker’s voice, not for capturing the overall sound of a room.
