Shape 20inch SDI Cable BCN 90 Degree Connector - SH20BN

Shape 20inch SDI Cable BCN 90 Degree Connector - SH20BN | Short reach, angled connector for close routing

The defining design decision is the 20-inch length: it keeps this SDI cable suited to a short connection rather than a run across a setup. Shape pairs that compact reach with a 90-degree BCN connector, turning the plug away from a straight-out path. That can make routing easier when space around the connection is limited. It’s a straightforward option for someone who already knows they need an SDI cable with this connector style and doesn’t want extra cable to manage. The honest point is that the title gives a clear sense of its format, but not enough to identify which specific equipment it fits. So treat the connector designation and cable type as the useful starting points, rather than assuming compatibility from the product name alone.

For a close connection

This cable makes most sense when the two connection points are near each other and a right-angle plug suits the way the cable needs to leave the socket. A short cable can help keep a small setup tidy, but it also leaves less room to route around other gear. That’s the trade-off to consider: the compact length is useful when the connection is close, while a longer run may be needed if the equipment sits farther apart. The angled connector is also a practical detail to think about when there’s limited clearance behind a connection. If those details match your setup, SH20BN gives you a clearly named cable option without adding unnecessary length. Use the product’s stated connector designation when matching it to your equipment.
