SmallHD 13 Rack Mounting Kit for 1303 Monitors
SmallHD 13 Rack Mounting Kit for 1303 Monitors | Rack-based monitor setup
Without a dedicated rack mount, a monitor often ends up sitting on a shelf or being placed separately from the rest of a rack. This SmallHD 13 Rack Mounting Kit is intended to mount 1303 monitors in a rack, giving studios, control rooms and production teams a more integrated way to position the display. It suits a fixed monitoring station where the screen needs to be part of the rack layout rather than a separate desk setup. Its role is specific: it provides a rack-mounting option for the named monitor; it doesn’t add monitoring features or change how the display works. If a 1303 is already part of your workflow, this kit is worth considering when you want that monitor in a rack-based position. Think of it as a choice about where the display lives in your setup, rather than an upgrade to the display itself.
Specialist Note
For a control-room rack centred on a SmallHD 1303, I’d look at this kit when you want the monitor’s position to be part of the rack layout. The stated fit for 1303 monitors gives you a clear model to match it to, while “rack mounting kit” describes its job: mounting, not changing the monitor’s functions. I’d plan the screen’s place in the rack first, then use the kit as the route to that setup. It suits a fixed viewing station or a production rack that needs its monitor kept with the rest of the equipment. One honest limit: its purpose is placement, so it won’t add capabilities to the display.
