Sunwayfoto Double Arca Plaat w/ Accessory Mounts (TT-01)
Sunwayfoto Double Arca Plaat w/ Accessory Mounts (TT-01) | Bring plate and accessory mounts together
A tripod setup can get awkward when you need a plate and somewhere to attach an accessory, but want them brought together in one component. The Sunwayfoto TT-01 is a tripod accessory named for its double Arca plate and accessory mounts. That makes it relevant to photographers building a tripod-based setup around a plate and an extra mounting point, rather than looking for a standalone tripod. Its appeal is in combining those two elements; the title doesn’t specify what kinds of accessories the mounts take, so I’d keep the choice tied to the accessory you actually plan to use. It’s a considered option when you want the plate and accessory mounting provision to be part of the same piece. If you only need a basic plate, the TT-01’s accessory-mount element may be more than your setup calls for.
Specialist Note
The TT-01 brings a double Arca plate and accessory mounts into one tripod accessory. I’d look at it for a tripod-based rig where you want to keep the plate and an accessory mounting point together, rather than building around those parts separately. The double Arca description is the detail to focus on when the plate itself is central to your setup; the accessory mounts give you provision for attaching an accessory as part of that arrangement. It suits someone who already has a clear accessory in mind and wants a plate-led setup. My honest advice: choose it for that combined role, not simply because you need a basic tripod plate.
