Tilta TK-IP17-FTP-B Khronos Quick Release Filter Tray For iPhone 17 Pro - Black | Quick filter changes for iPhone 17 Pro

What sets the Tilta TK-IP17-FTP-B apart is its specific role: it’s a quick release filter tray for the iPhone 17 Pro, rather than a filter in its own right. It suits iPhone 17 Pro owners who want a filter in their phone-shooting setup and would rather work with a dedicated tray than treat the filter as a loose extra. The quick-release design is aimed at making changes to that setup less of a faff when you want to move between filtered and unfiltered shooting. That can be useful for short video clips, phone-based content or stills where you want to use a filter and then return to shooting without one. The black finish keeps the accessory visually understated alongside the phone. One point to keep clear: the product name identifies a tray, so don’t mistake it for the filter itself. It’s a focused accessory for a specific phone, not a general-purpose filter holder.

Specialist Note

The Tilta TK-IP17-FTP-B is best at giving an iPhone 17 Pro filter setup a quick-release tray. The “quick release” part matters if you switch between using a filter and shooting without one during the same session; it’s intended to make that change easier to manage. And because it’s a tray, rather than filter glass, think of it as the part that holds your filter in the phone setup, not the part that changes the image by itself. I’d consider it for phone video or stills when you want to work with a suitable filter, then take the tray out of your workflow when you don’t. Its scope is deliberately narrow: it’s named for the iPhone 17 Pro, so it isn’t a general tray for other phones.
