Ulanzi Smartphone Holder w/ Vlog Mirror | Keep yourself in view while vlogging

Your vlog framing is easier to judge when you can see yourself as you set up a shot. The Ulanzi Smartphone Holder w/ Vlog Mirror combines a smartphone holder with a mirror for vlog use, giving you a simple way to check your position in the frame while recording with a phone. It suits people who make direct-to-camera videos, from short personal updates to spoken demonstrations, and want a visual reference while they get ready to record. The holder is for your smartphone; the mirror is the detail that makes this product specifically relevant to vlogging. Keep expectations focused on that job: this is a framing aid, not a camera or a lighting tool. If you often record yourself, it can make the setup process more straightforward by letting you check your composition rather than relying on guesswork.

Specialist Note

The Ulanzi Smartphone Holder w/ Vlog Mirror is best at helping you keep yourself in view when you record a phone vlog. The holder gives your smartphone a place in the setup, while the single vlog mirror gives you a visual check of your framing. I’d use it for a direct-to-camera update or a short how-to: get the phone positioned, check that you’re in the shot using the mirror, then start recording. It’s aimed at people who appear on camera, rather than anyone looking for a broader phone accessory. The useful point here is the mirror; it helps with composition, but it doesn’t replace checking your final clip for focus or sound.
