Its silver reflective interior boosts output and adds contrast, while the included front diffuser softens the light for a more flattering look. The included Bowens S-mount insert makes it easy to connect with a wide range of flash and continuous lighting systems, including the Westcott FJ400, L120-B, and Quick-Mount S-Bracket. The mount is heat-resistant up to 400 W for flash units and 300 W for LED lights, offering flexibility for different lighting setups.
