Godox Grid 60x60

Godox Grid 60x60 | Control the direction of softbox light

Godox Grid 60x60 is a 60 × 60 cm grid for photographers using a matching Godox softbox. It’s for anyone who wants to direct the softbox’s light more precisely, particularly when working in a smaller space where stray light can reach areas you’d rather keep controlled. Use it to limit where the softbox’s light spreads across a scene, or to keep more of that light directed toward your subject instead of the surrounding area. It’s also useful when you want to shape light in a compact room without changing the softbox’s light itself: the grid affects its direction, not the light produced by the softbox. The simple, flexible construction keeps the focus on that job. This is a purpose-specific accessory, so its fit is tied to the matching 60 × 60 cm size rather than softboxes in general.

What it does

• Controls light direction: The grid narrows the spread of light from the softbox, giving you more say over where it falls. That’s useful when you need to keep light away from parts of a scene.
• Leaves the softbox light unchanged: The grid changes the direction of the light, not the softbox’s light itself. You can add more control without changing the character of the softbox light.
• Works in smaller spaces: More control over spill is especially useful in a compact room, where light from a softbox can reach nearby areas. The grid helps keep the light directed where you need it.
• Flexible construction: The grid is flexible, so it can be fitted to the softbox rather than being a rigid add-on. This is a straightforward accessory to handle alongside your softbox setup.
• Hook-and-loop fastening: A hook-and-loop strip runs along the side for attachment to the softbox. It provides a simple way to secure the grid in place.
• Made for a matching Godox softbox: This grid is intended for Godox softboxes with the same 60 × 60 cm dimensions. Matching the size is central to getting the intended fit.
