Ulanzi O-LOCK Strap Quick Release Mount | Make strap changes quicker

The defining choice is a quick-release mount for a strap: it’s designed to make attaching or removing a strap less of a setup task. The O-LOCK name identifies the mount, while the strap focus gives it a clear role in a microphone-accessory setup. It suits people who want a strap in place while handling their kit, but prefer to remove it when that setup changes or needs to be put away. Use it to move between a one-strap arrangement and a cleaner packed setup without treating the strap as a permanent part of the rig. Its appeal is practical rather than elaborate: a dedicated mount that makes a strap easier to manage. There’s no need to read extra functions into the name; this is a focused accessory for strap attachment and quick release.

Specialist Note

Changing from a strapped setup to a stripped-back one is the job this mount is named for, and the quick-release design keeps that change straightforward. The O-LOCK designation matters because it tells you which mount format this is; the strap purpose makes the intended setup clear. I’d consider it for a one-strap microphone-accessory arrangement that you sometimes want to pack away without the strap attached. It’s a focused piece rather than a do-everything mount, so I’d choose it when strap attachment and removal are the priority. Keep your setup centred on the stated O-LOCK mount and strap use, rather than assuming it fits other systems.
