SmallRig Cage Kit for Canon R5, R6, and R5C: An Overview
The SmallRig Cage Kit includes a camera cage specifically designed for use with the Canon EOS R5, R6, and R5C. In addition, the kit features a cable clamp and robust mounting facilities for efficiently fixing the rig onto the camera using 1/4"-20 screws, thanks to its anti-twist design. The inclusion of rubber dampening on the baseplate minimizes unwanted movements and potential scratching.
The cage layout allows easy addition of various accessories using 1/4"-20 and ARRI 3/8"-16 screw threads, besides a cold shoe mount. For quick and smooth operation, it readily accommodates an Arca quick release plate for effortless attachment to a tripod. The thoughtful design of this cage ensures seamless access to all the camera buttons and functions.
