The DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive one-year damage insurance for your DJI Pocket 2 device, ensuring your action-camera is well-covered. This insurance policy promises to cover a majority of the repair costs that might accrue due to a fault, misuse, collision, or even water damage, thereby offering a cost-effective alternative to self-repairs. With this insurance, you have the opportunity to replace two components annually at a nominal fee. In addition, DJI Care Refresh access guarantees expert advice on your products as and when required, with the bonus of free shipping on all products. Also, there's an option to opt for DJI Care Refresh EXPRESS for expedited assistance.

The DJI Care Refresh policy is available for those residing in the following regions: United States; Canada; Europe; Switzerland; Norway; United Kingdom, Australia; Japan; Hong Kong; Taiwan; and China.
Activating DJI Care Refresh Card
- Visit the activation page at: support.dji.com/care/active
- Enter your DJI Pocket 2 serial number, DJI Care Refresh activation code, and personal details.
- A DJI Care Refresh agreement will be forwarded to your email.
Insurance conditions:
- The action-camera must be either unactivated or newly activated.
- DJI Care Refresh activation should occur within 30 days of purchase.
- Repairs are solely valid in the stipulated regions.
- The DJI Care Refresh policy is ineffective for DJI Pocket 2 OUTLET items.
- The DJI Care Refresh period spans one year (12 months).
Repair Process Overview
The repair process follows these five step:
- Contact DJI in the event of damage or defect at: www.dji.com/support. You will find instructions on shipping your defective or damaged DJI Pocket 2.
- Submit a repair request at: www.dji.com/service/repair
- The request is sent to the DJI Repair Center.
- You then pay a nominal fee for the replacement, €29 for the first time and €39 for the second time.
- Your repaired DJI Pocket 2 is free shipped back to you.
Important Notes:
- You will need to own the DJI Pocket 2 and offer it for repair. DJI does not compensate in case of loss of the action-camera.
- Stay in direct contact with DJI. Handling the repair process through Kamera Express may result in logistical delays.
