DZOFILM Vespid PRIME2 85mm PL (Imperial)

DZOFilm Vespid Prime 2 85mm T1.9 PL Lens

The DZOFilm Vespid Prime 2 85mm T1.9 PL lens is expertly crafted for filmmakers who wish to emphasize emotional storytelling and intricate details. Its longer focal length creates an appealing compression effect, allowing subjects to distinctively separate from their backgrounds. Coupled with a T1.9 aperture, this lens delivers a striking cinematic appearance.

This lens features an optical design comprising 11 elements arranged in 8 groups, ensuring high definition and well-controlled contrast. Advanced coatings reduce reflections and flare, producing clear images with natural skin tones. The 10-blade iris contributes to a smooth, rounded bokeh and a pleasing gradient between sharp and soft focus.

With minimal focus breathing and a generous 300 degrees of focus rotation, it's perfectly suited for precise focus transitions. The PL mount, equipped with Cooke i metadata, simplifies integration with professional filmmaking setups. Its compact design also makes it compatible with gimbals and smaller rigs.
