Epson LC-4TBN9 Transp.black On Transp Tape 12mm

Epson LC-4TBN9 Transp.black On Transp Tape 12mm | Black lettering on a clear background

Instead of writing a label by hand, use the Epson LC-4TBN9 tape to make one with black lettering on a transparent background. It’s a 12 mm-wide tape for people who want the label text to be visible while the surface behind it remains part of the look. That makes the clear format worth considering for neat, low-profile labelling, rather than a strip with a solid-colour background. The title gives the key details plainly: Epson, black on transparent, and 12 mm. There’s no need to guess at a wider or narrower version from the product name. If you’re choosing tape by appearance and width, those are the details to weigh first. It’s a specific, straightforward option; the clear background is the point, not a claim about extra features.

Choosing the clear format

A transparent label can suit a surface where you’d rather not cover up its colour or appearance. Black lettering gives the label its stated text colour, while the clear tape keeps the background transparent. In practice, think about where the words will sit and whether a clear background suits that spot. If you want the label itself to provide a coloured block, this isn’t described as that kind of tape. The 12 mm width is also a useful part of the decision: consider the space available for the label and the amount of text you need to fit. This description doesn’t assume a particular printer model or a particular use; it sticks to the tape’s stated finish and width. For shoppers who know they want black-on-clear tape in this width, the product name makes the choice easy to identify.
