Freewell Fuji X100VI Thumb Grip w/ Cold Shoe Mount(Black)

Freewell Fuji X100VI Thumb Grip w/ Cold Shoe Mount (Black) | A thumb grip for the X100VI

Without a thumb grip, your thumb rests against the camera body; this Freewell accessory gives it a dedicated grip point instead. It’s made for the Fuji X100VI and has a cold shoe mount, so it suits owners looking for a small handling accessory with an additional mounting point. The black finish keeps the look understated alongside the camera. Its appeal is straightforward: it’s a thumb grip, not a larger handgrip or a change to the camera itself. If you like having a defined place for your thumb while holding the camera, that’s the job this piece is intended to do. The honest limitation is just as clear: the title doesn’t tell us how it feels in your hand, so comfort is personal. This is a focused accessory for a specific camera, rather than a general-purpose grip.

A focused accessory for one camera

When you’re choosing a camera grip, the exact model matters more than broad promises about handling. This one is named for the Fuji X100VI, which makes its intended camera clear. The cold shoe mount is part of the product description too; it gives the grip an additional mounting interface, though no particular accessory or setup is specified here. Think of it as a simple way to change where your thumb rests and add a mount to the grip, without expecting it to alter the camera’s imaging or controls. The compact idea is easy to understand, but how a thumb grip suits your own hold depends on how you handle the camera. If that specific combination is what you’re after, the name tells you what this product is for.
