Godox AK Do Diffusion Dome For MS60/RS60

Godox AK Do Diffusion Dome For MS60/RS60 | Soften light from your Godox light

Godox AK Do Diffusion Dome For MS60/RS60 is a diffusion dome for the Godox MS60 and RS60 lights. It’s for photographers and video makers who want to change the character of their light without switching to a different light source. Its best use is adding diffusion when direct light feels too hard for the scene, such as for a close portrait, a small product setup or a simple interview. The dome gives you another way to shape the light from a compatible light; it isn’t a replacement for a larger lighting setup when you need to illuminate a broad area. One practical point: diffusion generally reduces the amount of light reaching your subject, so you may need to adjust your exposure or light position. If you use an MS60 or RS60 and want a straightforward diffusion accessory, this is the specific dome to consider.

A diffusion dome changes how light leaves its source, helping soften the transition between lit and shaded areas. The result depends on the scene, distance and surrounding surfaces, so it’s worth judging the effect in your actual setup rather than expecting one fixed look. For a small subject, moving the light closer can make the light feel softer, though that also changes how quickly brightness falls across the scene. Keep an eye on the background as well: diffusion affects the light on everything the source reaches, not just the subject. This dome is a focused accessory for the MS60/RS60 system, rather than a general-purpose light modifier. That’s useful when you want a diffusion option matched to those lights and don’t need to choose a broader lighting kit.
