Godox IT20R Black Iflash TTL Camera Flash For Ricoh GR3 Series | Add light for portraits and events

For indoor portraits, events and bright outdoor scenes, a flash can bring a face forward and lift shadows that harsh sunlight leaves across it. The Godox IT20R Black Iflash TTL Camera Flash For Ricoh GR3 Series is a speedlight flash made for the Ricoh GR3 Series, with TTL in its name. It suits GR3-series owners who want flash as part of their everyday camera kit, rather than relying only on the available light. At a gathering, it can add illumination to people in a dim room; outdoors, it can fill in shadows on a sunlit face. For portraits indoors, it gives you another way to shape the balance between your subject and the room. It’s a focused kind of tool: useful when the light needs help, without asking you to change the camera you already carry.

Specialist Note

The black finish keeps the IT20R visually restrained beside a Ricoh GR3-series camera, so the flash doesn’t call attention to itself in a small-camera setup. Its TTL designation is worth paying attention to: TTL metering can help keep flash exposure responsive as you reframe, which is handy at an event when people and compositions change quickly. As a speedlight, it gives you a direct flash source for indoor portraits or a little extra light to fill shadows under strong sun. I’d consider it for a GR3-series owner who wants those options without building a larger lighting setup. One point to keep in mind: flash adds light, but it doesn’t automatically make that light soft; the look still depends on how the light reaches your subject.
