GREEN.L MC-CPL 67mm

GREEN.L MC-CPL 67mm | Manage reflections and deepen skies

The GREEN.L MC-CPL 67mm is a polarizing filter for photographers who want more control over reflections and the look of a bright sky. It’s particularly useful for landscapes, travel scenes and outdoor details, where glare from water, glass or glossy leaves can distract from the subject. A polarizer can reduce those reflections and, when the light is at a suitable angle, make a blue sky look richer in the frame. That gives you a practical way to shape the image as you shoot, rather than relying on editing later. It suits anyone who often photographs outdoors and wants to bring out detail in scenes with reflective surfaces. Its best use is selective: turn the filter while watching the view, and stop when the glare or sky looks right. The effect varies with the light and your shooting angle, so it won’t change every scene in the same way.

Using a polarizing filter

For water or windows, rotate the filter while looking at the scene to find the point where reflections are reduced without losing the detail you want to keep. For a stronger sky effect, work with the sun off to one side rather than directly behind you. The change is visible as you adjust the filter, which makes it easier to choose a natural-looking result. In flat light, the difference may be subtle.
