Hama Audio Cable 2 Cinch-Plugs - 2 Cinch-Plugs 5.0 M

Hama Audio Cable 2 Cinch-Plugs - 2 Cinch-Plugs 5.0 M | Connect audio equipment with room to spare

Connect audio equipment with matching Cinch sockets, with enough cable to give the two pieces some space: the Hama Audio Cable has two Cinch plugs at each end and measures 5.0 metres. It suits a simple audio connection where the source and destination aren’t right beside one another, such as when equipment sits on separate shelves or at opposite ends of a cabinet. The black cable is a straightforward option for keeping that connection out of the way of a busy listening area. Its useful point is the combination of a familiar paired Cinch connection and a generous length, without asking you to rearrange your setup around a short lead. Just make sure both devices have the matching Cinch connections available; the cable itself is for linking them, not adapting between different connector types. If you’re replacing an existing lead, compare the plug arrangement and length with the one you use now.

A practical fit for a considered setup

Five metres gives you more freedom to position connected equipment than a very short cable would. That can help when you want to keep components on a separate surface or route the connection around furniture rather than placing everything together. It’s a simple cable, so the main thing is to plan the route before plugging it in: leave enough slack for the path you have in mind, and avoid pulling the plugs tight at either end. The black finish is discreet against many dark cabinets and equipment, though the actual route and visibility will depend on your room. There’s no need to treat this as a specialist accessory; its job is to make a direct connection between compatible Cinch sockets. For a replacement, the key details to match are the two-plug arrangement at both ends and the reach your setup needs. Those are also the details that make this cable easy to assess before you add it to your system.
