Hama Audio-Extension Cable 2 Cinch-Plugs - 2 Cinch-Koppelingen 1.5 M

Hama Audio-Extension Cable 2 Cinch-Plugs - 2 Cinch-Koppelingen 1.5 M | Add extra reach to a Cinch audio connection

When an audio cable falls just short of the connection you need, this Hama extension cable adds 1.5 metres of reach. It has two Cinch plugs at one end and two Cinch couplings at the other, so the connection arrangement is clear: the plugs meet matching Cinch sockets, and the couplings accept matching Cinch plugs. The cable is black. That’s the detail to focus on when deciding if it suits your setup: the connectors at both ends need to match the connections you’re joining. Its straightforward purpose is to extend an existing audio lead, rather than change the type of connection. For a home audio setup where the original lead doesn’t quite reach, that extra length can make the difference between a workable connection and having to rearrange equipment.

Keep the connector layout in mind as you plan the cable run. This is a pair of Cinch connections, not a single plug, and the cable carries the same arrangement through to the couplings. That makes it a practical option when you need an extension with matching connections at both ends. A little slack can help keep the setup easier to arrange, though the right amount of reach depends on where your equipment sits. The length here is 1.5 metres, so you can judge that against the space between the devices before choosing it. No complicated setup is called for: the cable’s job is simply to extend the connection. It’s a small, specific accessory, and that’s exactly what makes its purpose easy to understand.
