Hama TV Wall Bracket Test Module Fullmotion Duo 100 X 40 cm

Hama TV Wall Bracket Test Module Fullmotion Duo 100 X 40 cm | Adjust your TV’s position

The defining choice here is a full-motion wall bracket: it’s for a TV position you may want to adjust, rather than one that stays fixed. The Hama TV Wall Bracket Test Module Fullmotion Duo is named for that movable format, with “Duo” and “100 X 40 cm” also part of its title. It suits someone planning a wall-mounted television and who values being able to change its position after installation. That’s the clearest reason to consider this model; the title doesn’t give enough detail to make more specific claims about its movement or mounting dimensions. The 100 x 40 cm measurement is useful to keep in mind when comparing product listings, but don’t assume it describes a particular part of the bracket. In short, this is a Hama TV wall bracket with a full-motion designation, rather than a camera accessory or a fixed-position mount.

Planning the position

Before settling on a wall location, think about where you’ll usually watch from and whether you’d want to change the screen’s position at different times. A full-motion bracket is intended for that kind of adjustment, so it makes sense to plan for the screen’s possible position as well as the space it occupies when set where you normally watch. The product title gives a 100 x 40 cm size, but doesn’t explain which part that measurement refers to. Treat it as a detail to compare carefully with the dimensions shown for your intended installation, rather than as a confirmed wall-plate or arm measurement. You’ll also want to establish that the bracket and television can be mounted together using the information available for both. Those checks matter more than the word “Duo” on its own, which doesn’t tell you the bracket’s exact construction. It’s a practical way to narrow down whether this is the right kind of wall-mounted setup for your room.
