Ilford Hi Crystaljet Luster RC A3+ 100V

Ilford Hi Crystaljet Luster RC A3+ 100V | Choose the finish and size you need

Choosing photo paper can be a frustrating mix of finish names, sheet sizes and product codes. The Ilford Hi Crystaljet Luster RC A3+ 100V gives you those key identifiers up front: Luster RC, A3+ and 100V. It’s aimed at someone who already knows they want this named paper and format, rather than someone comparing a long list of unverified performance claims. The clearest reason to consider it is the A3+ size, for prints where a smaller sheet isn’t what you’re after. The finish is identified as Luster RC, so you can use that wording when matching it to a paper choice you’ve already settled on. One honest point: the title alone doesn’t tell the whole story of how a print will look in your setup. If the name and size match your plan, this is a focused option to consider.

Choosing by the details in the name

For photo paper, it helps to decide on the sheet size and finish before you buy. Here, A3+ is the size designation to compare with the print dimensions you have in mind, while Luster RC is the surface wording to match against your preferred finish. Those are the useful decision points supplied by this product’s name; they’re also the details to keep consistent when you’re comparing paper options. The 100V element is part of the product title, so it’s included below as a designation rather than treated as a specification of the paper. If you’re making a shortlist, keep the complete product name handy so the format and finish don’t get separated from the product you intended to choose.
