Ilford Hi Crystaljet Luster RC A3+ 25V

Ilford Hi Crystaljet Luster RC A3+ 25V | Photo paper for larger prints

Ilford Hi Crystaljet Luster RC A3+ 25V is luster-finish photo paper in A3+ format, identified as a 25V pack. It’s made for photographers and printmakers who want to print photographs themselves and need this sheet size for their work. The named finish and format make it a straightforward option to consider when you’re choosing paper around a particular print plan, rather than buying paper first and adjusting the job later. It’s best suited to projects where A3+ is the intended output size and a luster finish is what you’re looking for. The RC designation is part of the product name, too. If you’re comparing papers, those details give you a useful starting point: the format, finish and product designation are all clear in the name.

Choosing it for a print job

Start with the finished photograph or artwork you want to make. If your layout is designed for A3+, selecting paper in that format lets you plan around the sheet size from the outset. Before printing, check that your image is laid out for the paper you’ve chosen; cropping and margins are easier to judge on screen before you commit to a print. The luster finish is another part of the decision, so choose it when that’s the look you want for the finished image. This paper is a focused option rather than a broad description of every possible print use: the product name identifies photo paper, the format, the finish and the RC designation. The 25V marking is useful when distinguishing this listing from other pack versions. Keep those identifiers in mind when adding paper to an existing print workflow or selecting stock for a specific batch of images.
