Ilford OmniJet Studio Gloss Photo RC Paper 250gsm 106,7cm x 30m

Ilford OmniJet Studio Gloss Photo RC Paper 250gsm 106,7cm x 30m | For wide glossy photo prints

For glossy photo prints with room to work at a wide size, this paper gives you a defined surface and format to plan around. Ilford OmniJet Studio Gloss Photo RC Paper is 250gsm, measuring 106.7cm wide by 30m long. That makes it worth considering for photo printing where the finished image needs more width than a standard small sheet can offer. The gloss finish is the choice to focus on: it gives the print a glossy appearance, so it suits images where that finish is part of the intended look. The 250gsm weight is another clear point when comparing paper options for a job. In the shop, we’d start by matching the intended print dimensions and finish to the paper, rather than choosing on the name alone. It’s a specific format, so planning the output first makes sense.

Before settling on this paper, consider the finished print size you have in mind and whether a glossy surface suits the image and how it’ll be viewed. Then compare that plan with the width of paper your printer can handle. Those are practical checks for any paper in this format; they’ll help you avoid choosing a size that doesn’t fit the job. It’s also useful to think about how much paper the work is likely to take, since this product is supplied in a 30m length. For repeated prints or a run of images, the overall length may matter as much as the width. If you’re choosing between paper options, keep the actual output in view: the picture’s dimensions, the surface you want, and the amount of material you expect to use. That’s the clearest way to decide if this Ilford paper belongs in your workflow.
