Kaiser Spiraalflitskabel PC-Jack

Kaiser Coiled Flash Cable PC-Jack: Connect a flash over distance

The coiled cable layout provides strain relief, a useful detail on a flash lead that may be pulled or moved during setup. The Kaiser Coiled Flash Cable PC-Jack is approximately 10 metres long, so you can connect a flash away from the camera while keeping a wired connection between them. Use it to position a flash farther from the camera, link equipment with a PC connection at one end and a 3.5 mm jack at the other, or arrange a flash setup where a straight, short lead would restrict placement. The spiral form is the defining feature: it gives the cable room to extend while helping relieve strain at the connection. Its red colour is easy to pick out among other leads, too. This is a straightforward cable for setups that need a longer wired flash connection; the plugs at each end are the key detail to match with your equipment.

Flash connection details

• Spiral-wound cable: The coiled construction is intended to provide strain relief. That matters around a flash setup where the lead may be moved or pulled as equipment is positioned.
• Approximately 10 metres long: The cable’s length gives you a substantial span between the connected equipment. It’s useful for placing a flash farther from the camera while retaining a wired connection.
• PC plug at one end: The cable has a PC plug for the PC connection in a flash setup. Match this end to equipment with the corresponding connection.
• 3.5 mm jack at the other end: The jack plug measures 3.5 mm, a specific size to check when choosing a lead for your setup. The cable joins this jack end to its PC plug.
• Red colour: The cable is red, making it easy to distinguish visually from other leads around your equipment. That’s a simple but useful detail when several cables are in use.
• Flash cable: This lead is made for connecting flash equipment. Use it for a wired flash connection between the PC plug and jack plug ends, rather than as a general-purpose cable.
