Kase Revolution Plus Mega Kit 82mm
Kase Revolution Plus Mega Kit 82mm | A UV filter for 82mm lens threads
The 82mm size is the defining choice here: it’s made for lenses with an 82mm filter thread, so the first step is matching that measurement to the marking on your lens. The Kase Revolution Plus Mega Kit is listed as a UV filter, giving photographers a filter option in that specific diameter. It may suit landscape and travel photographers who want to use a UV filter on a lens with an 82mm thread, as well as anyone building a filter setup around that size. The name includes “Mega Kit”, but the product details available here don’t establish what the kit contains, so I wouldn’t base a purchase on assumed accessories. The practical buying point is simple: check the thread size on the lens itself, not the lens’s focal length. If it reads 82mm, this is the size to consider.
Specialist Note
Photographers who frame wide landscapes or carry an 82mm-thread lens on trips are the people I’d point towards this Kase. The 82mm marking is useful because it gives you a clear match: look for the filter-thread symbol and measurement on your lens, then choose this size if they agree. Since it’s listed as a UV filter, it’s a straightforward option when that’s the filter type you want to add to your setup. The name “Mega Kit” may suggest a broader package, but I’d avoid assuming what’s included from the name alone. For a photographer buying specifically by thread size, that’s the detail to settle first.
