Kondor Blue KB-15ROD15 15" PPSh 15mm Rod Threaded Space Grey | Plan a rig around a 15mm rod

Without a dedicated rod, a 15mm camera-rig layout has no matching bar to build around. The Kondor Blue KB-15ROD15 is a 15-inch PPSh rod for builds planned around the 15mm rod format. Its defined length gives you a long, straight span to work with, while the threaded design is relevant when your rig calls for a threaded rod connection. The Space Grey finish keeps the look understated alongside other rig components. This rod suits camera operators assembling a rig in the 15mm format, or anyone choosing a rod to match a layout already planned around that size. It’s most useful when you need a substantial run rather than a short section. Think through the space your build needs before choosing the length: the rod’s 15-inch span is a key part of how it will fit into your setup.

Specialist Note

For a 15-inch camera-rig layout, I’d map out where each component needs to sit before assembling the build. This Kondor Blue rod gives you that measured span in the 15mm format, so it suits a setup where you want room to arrange compatible rig parts along a rod. The threaded feature matters if your design calls for a threaded rod connection; I’d make that connection part of the plan rather than assume every threaded interface is the same. It’s a considered pick for a longer 15mm layout, though that full 15-inch length may be more than a tightly packed rig needs.
