Kondor Blue KB-NR-2-BK Monitor Cade NATO Rails Anti-Twist 2" Raven Black
Kondor Blue KB-NR-2-BK Monitor Cage NATO Rails Anti-Twist 2" Raven Black | A secure mounting point for your monitor
A monitor can shift or twist when its mounting point isn’t suited to the way you build your rig. The Kondor Blue KB-NR-2-BK is a monitor cage with a 2-inch NATO rail and an anti-twist design, giving you a defined place to mount monitor hardware. It suits camera operators and filmmakers who want to position a monitor as part of a rig and keep the mounting arrangement focused around a short rail. The anti-twist feature is especially relevant when the monitor gets repositioned during setup: it’s intended to help resist unwanted rotation at the connection. The 2-inch length keeps the rail footprint compact, so it’s best for a specific mounting position rather than a long run of attachment space. In Raven Black, it also has a low-key finish that sits neatly within a dark camera build.
Specialist Note
At a 2-inch NATO rail position beside your monitor, I’d use this when you want a defined mounting point without adding a long rail to the build. The NATO interface gives you a clear basis for choosing a matching attachment, while the anti-twist design is there to help keep the connection from turning when you adjust the monitor. That makes it a considered option for a compact camera rig where the monitor needs to be repositioned between setups. One practical limit is the short rail length: it keeps placement local, so it’s not the answer if you need a longer mounting run.
