Kondor Blue KB-SPAVPR Shoulder Rig Pro V Mount Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-SPAVPR Shoulder Rig Pro V Mount Space Grey | More support for handheld video
For handheld video where an unsupported camera is difficult to manage, a shoulder rig gives you a more supported way to work while you follow the scene. The Kondor Blue KB-SPAVPR Shoulder Rig Pro V Mount Space Grey is made for that kind of shooting: it’s a shoulder rig for video work where the camera needs extra support. Its name identifies the V Mount version, and the finish is Space Grey. It suits camera operators filming interviews, event coverage or moving sequences where stopping to set up a tripod would break the flow. The shoulder-based setup is the point; it’s intended to support handheld work, not to turn a moving shot into a locked-off one. If most of your filming is static, a tripod is the better fit. This rig is for the moments when you need to stay mobile and keep working handheld with added support.
Specialist Note
This rig gives handheld video work a shoulder-based support setup instead of leaving you to hold the camera unsupported. For an interview with a presenter moving between marks, or event coverage where the action changes quickly, I’d use it to keep the setup ready to follow the scene; take a moment to settle your framing before you record. The V Mount wording identifies this particular version, so I’d use the full product name when matching it to your rig plan rather than treating the name as a complete compatibility guide. Space Grey is a subdued finish if you’d rather your equipment not draw attention. It won’t replace a tripod for a fixed shot, but supported handheld video is exactly the job this rig is meant to serve.
