Nedis Antenna Cable SMA M SMA F Gold Flated 50 ? Single Shielded 2 M Round

Nedis SMA Antenna Cable, 2 m | A simple link for SMA antenna connections

For an antenna connection between equipment with matching SMA sockets, this cable provides a two-metre run. The Nedis Antenna Cable SMA M SMA F Gold Plated 50 Ω Single Shielded 2 m Round has an SMA male connector at one end and an SMA female connector at the other. It’s suited to someone who knows the connector types needed and wants a cable with a defined length. The 50-ohm rating and single shielding are useful details when comparing antenna cables, while the round form gives you a conventional cable shape to route between the connection points. The connectors have a gold-plated finish, and the cable is black. Its two-metre length is the key practical detail: it gives you room to place connected items apart without having to plan around an unusually long run. A straightforward option when the connector arrangement and length fit your setup.

Plan the connection and route

With antenna cables, the connector arrangement matters as much as the distance between the two points. Check which connector type is needed at each end and make sure the cable’s male-to-female arrangement suits that route. It’s also worth measuring along the path the cable will actually take, rather than just estimating the gap between the equipment; bends and the position of the connection points can use up some of the available length. This cable is intended to link an antenna connection between two points. It won’t change the connector type or act as an adapter, so choose it when the connections already match its ends. The useful thing here is that the main details—connector types, rating, shielding and length—are clear in the product name.
