Nedis CAT7 Network Cable RJ45 M RJ45 M 10.0m Snagless Round LSZH Black Label

Nedis CAT7 Network Cable RJ45 M RJ45 M 10.0m Snagless Round LSZH Black Label | A 10-metre RJ45 network link

Without a cable long enough for the route, you may have to move equipment closer together or settle for a connection that won’t reach. This Nedis CAT7 network cable gives you a 10.0-metre link, with a male RJ45 connector at each end. It suits a setup where you need to connect network equipment with matching RJ45 sockets and want some room to route the cable between them. The round cable is black, and its connectors are described as snagless. LSZH is part of the cable’s stated specification. Its straightforward strength is the combination of a clear length and familiar RJ45 ends; there’s no need to work out connector adapters for a matching socket. It’s a practical cable to consider for a fixed network run where the route calls for more reach than a short lead provides.

Planning the cable route

Before choosing a cable, think about the path it needs to follow, rather than measuring only the gap between the two devices. A cable routed around furniture or along a wall can need more length than a direct line suggests. This one is intended for a network connection, not as a camera-specific accessory, so the deciding point is whether both ends of your intended link use RJ45 sockets. The snagless description is relevant when fitting or removing the connectors: it indicates a design intended to reduce catching as the plug is handled. If the cable will remain in place, you can plan the route once and leave the equipment where it is. One honest consideration: a fixed-length cable is only a neat solution when the route suits its reach.
