Nedis Netwerkkoppeling CAT6a / CAT7 RJ45 Female RJ45 Female Straight Metal Box

Nedis Network Coupler CAT6a / CAT7 RJ45 Female to RJ45 Female Straight Metal Box | Join two RJ45 cable ends

Two RJ45 network cable plugs can connect in a straight line with this Nedis coupler. It has a female RJ45 socket at each end, so it’s for joining two cables that already have RJ45 plugs, rather than replacing a cable or adding a different connector. The title identifies it for CAT6a and CAT7 cable, making it a practical fit when you need a direct link between two such leads. It suits a home or work setup where the existing cables don’t quite reach each other, or where a cable run needs a simple joining point. The metal box gives the coupler its enclosure; the useful detail for choosing it is the straightforward female-to-female RJ45 layout. It’s a small, specific part, and its job is just that connection.

Where it fits in a setup

Use it when both cables have RJ45 plugs and you want their connection to sit between them. One plug goes into each female socket, making a straight-through join rather than a change of direction or connector type. That makes the intended setup easy to picture before you buy: two RJ45-ended cables, with the Nedis coupler in between. The CAT6a / CAT7 designation is part of the product name, so it’s the relevant detail to match against the cables you plan to join. The title doesn’t give a data rate or other performance figure, so there’s no reason to infer one from the category labels alone. For a basic cable join, the connector arrangement is the main thing to check: female RJ45 on both sides, in a straight metal box. If that’s what your run calls for, this coupler keeps the connection itself uncomplicated.
