Nedis Power Cable Grounded Male Grounded Female Angled Straight 5 M Round

Nedis Power Cable Grounded Male Grounded Female Angled Straight 5 M Round | More room to place your equipment

When a powered device needs to sit farther from its power source, a short lead can dictate the whole setup. This Nedis power cable gives you a five-metre connection, with a grounded male connector at one end and a grounded female connector at the other. One connector is angled and the other is straight, a useful combination when the cable needs to leave a connection point in a particular direction. The cable is round and black. It suits a setup that calls for these connector types and needs more reach to position equipment where it works best. The key is matching both ends to the connections in your setup. Its job is straightforward: connect the two points without making them sit right beside each other. Five metres gives you more room to route the cable around a workspace than a short lead would.

Planning the cable run

Measure the route the cable will actually take, not just the straight-line gap between the connection points. It may need to pass around the side of a desk or follow a wall, and those turns use up length. Leave some slack at each end rather than pulling the cable tight, and keep the run clear of places where it could be caught under furniture or underfoot. Connector shape can matter in a cramped spot: an angled profile may need less immediate clearance in its exit direction, while a straight profile needs room directly ahead. Thinking through the route first helps you choose where the cable will sit and how it will leave each connection point. It’s a simple detail, but it can make a longer run easier to arrange.
