Nedis Power Cable Type F CEE 7/7 Male IEC-320-C13 Angulated Straight 5.00m

Nedis Power Cable Type F CEE 7/7 Male IEC-320-C13 Angulated Straight 5.00m | A five-metre power connection

Power equipment with an IEC-320-C13 inlet from a Type F socket, with enough cable to give you more freedom over where the equipment sits. The Nedis Power Cable Type F CEE 7/7 Male IEC-320-C13 Angulated Straight 5.00m has a Type F CEE 7/7 male plug at one end and an IEC-320-C13 connector at the other, with an angled and a straight connector. Its five-metre length can help when the nearest suitable socket isn’t right beside the equipment. This is a simple, practical cable for a home or work setup that needs a longer connection between a socket and a device with a C13 inlet. The useful detail is the extra reach; five metres is a real distance to plan around, so think about where the cable will run before plugging everything in.

Planning the cable run

With a longer cable, you have more choice about where to place the connected equipment relative to the socket. That can make it easier to arrange a workspace without putting the device directly beside the wall outlet. It’s still worth deciding on a route before setting up: keep the cable path in mind when positioning furniture and other equipment, and avoid leaving it where people regularly walk. A cable can provide reach, but it won’t make an awkward route disappear. The angled and straight connector arrangement gives the ends different shapes, which may be helpful when considering how they’ll sit at the socket and device. Keep the run neat and accessible, and you’ll have a more considered setup than simply stretching a cable across the floor.
