Nitze 15mm Aluminium Rod w/ ARRI Rozet (100MM/4) (R15-RF100)
Nitze 15mm Aluminium Rod w/ ARRI Rozet (100MM/4) (R15-RF100) | Compact rosette-linked rod for tripod rigs
Building a tripod accessory setup can get awkward when a rod and a rosette connection need to sit close together. This Nitze part brings a 15mm rod and an ARRI rosette together in a compact tripod accessory. Its 100mm length makes it suited to a short connection or support point, rather than a long extension. That distinction matters when you’re arranging equipment around a tripod and want to keep the layout contained. It’s aimed at camera operators and rig builders whose setup already uses 15mm rods and an ARRI rosette. The aluminium construction gives you a metal part for that job, while the stated dimensions make it easier to plan where it’ll sit in your rig. If your setup calls for a longer reach, this short rod isn’t the answer; for a compact link between these interfaces, it keeps the job focused.
Specialist Note
The short length is a real limit if you need to move an accessory far from the rosette, but it’s exactly why I’d consider this Nitze for a compact tripod build. At 100mm, it can help keep a nearby support point close to the rig rather than adding a long span. The 15mm rod format is the key planning detail: use it where your setup is already arranged around that size. I’d look at it for a close accessory position or a tidy connection in a rosette-based layout. Aluminium gives you a metal construction, but this is a specific piece for a particular arrangement, not a general-purpose extension.
