The Rycote Softie Duo-Lyre Mount & Pistol Grip Handle is a versatile device, designed to allow for the handheld operation of shotgun microphones, or it can be mounted on a boom pole. The integration of the 3/8" thread at the base of the handle ensures compatibility with various boom poles or stands.

One of the key features of the Softie Mount is its medium-sized hole. This provides ample space to accommodate shotgun microphones ranging in diameter from 19 to 25mm. As such, it offers enhanced flexibility, allowing it to be used with a wide variety of shotgun microphones.
