Give your Insta360 X5 added protection and more mounting options with this thoughtfully designed cage. Built for creators who want to keep shooting without compromise, it combines a secure fit with easy access to key camera functions and accessories.
The flip-top construction is made to accommodate premium lens protectors, helping safeguard the front element from scratches. Inside, soft silicone padding helps prevent scuffs, while sound-dampening foam on both sides supports cleaner audio capture during recording.
Designed for practical everyday use, the cage allows quick battery changes through precise side cutouts, so there’s no need to remove the camera. Installation is simple: slide the camera in from the top and lock it in place with the included thumb screw.
Accessory support is generous, with a cold shoe mount and a 1/4"-20 anti-twist threaded hole for microphones, lights, and other add-ons. The base also includes a foldable action camera mount plus a 1/4"-20 thread for attaching a tripod or selfie stick, such as SmallRig ID 5403.
A silicone lens cap is also included to help protect the lens during storage when used with the cage.
