SmallRig 5668 L-Shaped Mount Plate w/ Wooden Handle Fujifilm X-T30 (Charcoal)

SmallRig 5668 L-Shaped Mount Plate w/ Wooden Handle Fujifilm X-T30 (Charcoal) | Extra support for handheld video

The wooden handle is the defining choice here: it gives you a dedicated place to hold the rig while filming, helping support the camera during handheld video work. SmallRig pairs it with an L-shaped mount plate for the Fujifilm X-T30, making this a purpose-built shoulder rig rather than a general camera accessory. It suits X-T30 owners who want a more supported way to hold the camera for longer takes, interviews or other handheld filming. The appeal is straightforward: you can brace the rig at your shoulder and use the handle as an additional point of contact, instead of relying on a single grip on the camera. This is a practical setup for video where you want support while keeping the camera off a tripod. Its role is specific, so it makes most sense when handheld filming is part of your regular work.

For handheld video

Think of this as a support option for filming when you need to keep the camera in your hands rather than set it on a tripod. The L-shaped plate and wooden handle form the rig around the X-T30, with the shoulder-rig design suited to a braced shooting position. It’s a focused accessory for video work, rather than a general-purpose camera plate.
