This lightweight solution combines a V-mount battery plate with a modular camera cage, helping you build a setup that is both portable and ready for demanding shoots.

The foldable battery plate makes transport and setup easier, while the included top handle adds comfort and control when shooting handheld or from low angles. With a secure HDMI cable clamp, your connection stays firmly in place for stable signal transfer throughout the shoot.

Flexible mounting and expansion

This kit offers plenty of attachment options for building out your rig exactly the way you want. The cage includes 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 3/8"-16 ARRI locating holes, and a NATO rail for a wide range of accessories. A built-in cold shoe mount also gives you space for adding a microphone or light.

The top NATO rail works with optional SmallRig accessories and can be removed when using Sony’s original XLR handle, giving you extra flexibility depending on your shooting style.

Fast transitions between setups

The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom makes it easy to move between tripod and gimbal use. It is compatible with Arca-style tripod heads as well as DJI RS series stabilizers, so you can switch setups quickly and keep your workflow moving smoothly.

A QD socket is also included for compatible shoulder straps, adding another practical option for mobility on location.

Comfortable handling and secure build

The top handle features a silicone grip for a secure and comfortable hold, while the included LCD screen protector helps safeguard your display during production. A magnetic flat wrench is supplied to make assembly more convenient.
