TetherTools TetherPro USB 2.0 To Mini-B 5-PIN 30cm HV Orange

TetherTools TetherPro USB 2.0 To Mini-B 5-PIN 30cm HV Orange | A short, easy-to-spot tether cable

Keep a tethered setup close and uncluttered with this 30 cm cable, linking a USB 2.0 connection to a Mini-B 5-pin port. The TetherTools TetherPro USB 2.0 To Mini-B 5-PIN 30cm HV Orange is intended for setups where the connected equipment sits nearby and a longer lead would leave extra cable on the table. Its compact length suits a close working arrangement; it won’t give you much slack, so allow for that when positioning your equipment.

The bright orange finish gives the cable a distinct appearance among darker gear and makes it easier to pick out when you’re packing or rearranging a workspace. That’s a practical detail on a busy table, rather than a change to how the connection works. The Mini-B end has a five-pin format, so the relevant requirement is a matching Mini-B 5-pin port on the device you’re connecting.

Choose this lead when you need the specified USB 2.0-to-Mini-B connection in a short run. Its 30 cm length is the main thing to weigh up: it keeps a nearby connection tidy, but it’s not intended to span a wide gap between devices. If your setup calls for more distance, this cable’s compact format may not suit the layout. For a close camera-tethering arrangement with the matching port, though, it keeps the connection straightforward and the orange cable easy to spot.
