Tilta MB-T17-95 95mm Clamp On Adapter For Mirage Pro Matte Box
Tilta MB-T17-95 95mm Clamp On Adapter For Mirage Pro Matte Box | Connects 95mm clamp-on setups to Mirage Pro
The Tilta MB-T17-95 is a 95mm clamp-on adapter for the Tilta Mirage Pro Matte Box. It’s intended for camera operators and crews building a matte-box setup around that specific combination, who need an adapter rather than another filter. Its purpose is focused: it connects the 95mm clamp-on format with the Mirage Pro matte box. That makes it relevant when your rig is planned around a 95mm clamp-on fitting and you want to use the Mirage Pro. The product name gives you the key compatibility details upfront: 95mm clamp-on and Mirage Pro. It isn’t presented as a general-purpose adapter, so the fit is easiest to judge if those are already the two parts you’re working with. For a rig built around that pairing, this is the dedicated adapter to consider.
Specialist Note
Planning the front of your rig is more straightforward when the adapter’s format is clear: this one is for a 95mm clamp-on setup and the Mirage Pro Matte Box. The 95mm size gives you a specific point to check against your existing setup, rather than leaving you to guess at the intended fit. And because it’s named for the Mirage Pro, its role stays focused on that matte box. I’d consider it when you’re building a rig around those parts and want to keep the setup in that format. The honest limit is right in the name: it’s not described as a universal adapter.
