Tokina SD 400mm f/5.6

Tokina SD 400mm f/5.6 - Good Condition | Classic Telephoto Prime in Canon FD Mount

The Tokina SD 400mm f/5.6 is an impressive and capable long telephoto prime built for the Canon FD mount system — delivering powerful 400mm reach for wildlife, sports, aviation, and distant subject photography. The SD (Super-low Dispersion) glass element delivers improved chromatic aberration correction for sharper, more colour-accurate images at long telephoto distances — a genuine optical advantage that places this lens above many competitors of its era. The f/5.6 maximum aperture keeps the lens compact and manageable for such a long focal length. In Canon FD mount, it pairs naturally with the full range of Canon FD and FL film bodies. Serial number SR 8901440.
