The Urth 75 x 85mm ND8 (3 Stop) Plus+ Filter enables 3 f-stops light reduction, providing enhanced command over long exposure and depth of field techniques in low light conditions. The lesser amount of light infiltrating the camera facilitates the usage of larger apertures for an exquisite shallow-depth effect without any overexposed shots. This ND8 Plus+ filter is ideal for filmmakers aiming to achieve more cinematic effects in low light situations, without risking overexposure or quality loss.
The Plus+ series comes with a 20-layer nano-coating that ensures more consistent transmission curve for better light reduction, easier cleaning, and improved protection against water, oil, and scratches. The superior German B270 SCHOTT optical glass used in the filter boasts a 20-layer nano-coating ensuring precise light transmission, excellent protection, and easier cleanliness.
