ACT Hook & Loop Cable Tie 12/180mm

ACT Hook & Loop Cable Tie 12/180mm | Keep loose cables together

Loose cables can quickly become a knot in a camera bag, drawer or work area. The ACT Hook & Loop Cable Tie gives you a simple way to gather a cable and keep it in a neater bundle. Its hook-and-loop fastening lets you open the tie again when you need to take a cable out or change how it’s arranged. That makes it handy for photographers and other people who regularly pack, unpack or rearrange cables. The 12/180mm size is the key detail when you’re choosing one for your setup; it’s a compact cable-management accessory, rather than a storage solution in itself. Use it to keep a loose cable from wandering around among the rest of your kit. It’s a small, practical fix for everyday cable clutter, especially when you’d rather have each lead gathered than tangled with the next.

In a camera bag, a bundled cable is easier to keep apart from small accessories and other leads. At a desk or in a cupboard, a tie can help keep a cable gathered between uses. The hook-and-loop fastening also means you can release the cable without cutting a tie, then fasten it again after you’ve finished. There’s no complicated setup: gather the cable, wrap the tie around it and close the fastening. The 12/180mm designation gives you a specific size to work with, so consider the cable bundle you want to secure when deciding if it suits your needs. For a straightforward bit of cable tidying, this ACT tie keeps the job simple.
