ACT USB 3.2 GEN1 Connection Cable C Male - C Male 2 Meters

ACT USB 3.2 GEN1 Connection Cable C Male - C Male 2 Meters | Direct USB-C connection over 2 metres

ACT has put a USB-C male plug at each end, making this a direct cable connection between two USB-C sockets. That’s the defining choice here: there’s no different connector type at either end. The cable is 2 metres long, which gives you room to position connected equipment apart rather than right beside one another. It suits anyone whose connection needs match those two details: USB-C at both ends and a cable of this length. The name also identifies it as USB 3.2 Gen 1, so you can distinguish it from cables carrying a different USB designation when choosing between options. One practical point: the cable length is fixed at 2 metres, so allow for the path it needs to follow, not just the straight-line distance between your devices. If those details fit your setup, this is a straightforward cable to consider.

Check the connection and reach

Both plugs are USB-C male, so the cable is intended to plug into USB-C sockets on the two connected devices. It isn’t a cable with a different connector at each end. The 2-metre length gives you a specific figure to work with when arranging the connection: measure the route the cable needs to take, including any bends or detours around your workspace. A cable may need more length than the gap between two devices suggests. The product name also gives the USB designation as 3.2 Gen 1. Those are the key details to use when comparing this cable with another one; the connector type, USB designation and stated length are all clearly identified in its name.
