B&W Outdoor.cases Type 6000 Yellow / Empty
B&W Outdoor.cases Type 6000 Yellow / Empty | A hard case for careful transport
B&W Outdoor.cases Type 6000 Yellow / Empty is an empty yellow hard case, built for people who need a dedicated place to transport or store gear. It suits photographers and other camera users who want an outer case for equipment that may face knocks, dust or rain on the way to a job or while in storage. The hard-case format makes it a practical option when a soft bag isn’t the kind of outer protection you want. Its bright yellow colour also makes the case easier to pick out among other equipment. This is the empty version, so you can decide what to keep in it and how to arrange your gear. It’s best approached as a protective outer case, rather than a ready-organised camera bag: plan how you’ll position and protect the equipment inside before setting off.
A dedicated case for gear in transit
Use it to keep a set of camera equipment together between storage and a location where you need it. The case is also suited to longer-term storage when gear needs an enclosing layer against dust and everyday knocks. Since it’s supplied empty, the contents and internal arrangement are up to you; take care to keep equipment from moving around inside. The yellow finish is useful when you need to spot your case quickly in a busy equipment area.
Specialist Note
In a busy equipment room, the yellow Type 6000 is easy to pick out when several cases are stored together. I’d recommend it to someone who wants a dedicated hard case for camera gear that travels between storage and a work location, especially where knocks, dust or rain are a concern. Its empty configuration gives you the freedom to choose what belongs in the case, rather than tying it to a pre-selected loadout. Do plan your own arrangement inside: the case doesn’t organise your gear for you. For a photographer who values a clearly identifiable case and wants to build their own setup, that’s a straightforward, useful starting point.
