BLUESHAPE Universal Mounting Plate For Vlock Batteries.
BLUESHAPE Universal Mounting Plate For Vlock Batteries | A tripod accessory for V-lock battery mounting
BLUESHAPE Universal Mounting Plate For Vlock Batteries is a universal mounting plate for V-lock batteries, intended for camera operators and assistants building a tripod-based setup. Its purpose is specific: it provides a mounting accessory for bringing a V-lock battery into a tripod rig. That makes it most relevant when you’re planning battery placement as part of a tripod-supported camera setup, rather than looking for a tripod or a battery itself. The universal design is intended to suit a range of mounting needs, while the named battery format keeps its use focused on V-lock power setups. For crews assembling a rig, a dedicated plate can make battery mounting a deliberate part of the build. It’s a straightforward accessory to consider when your setup calls for a V-lock battery mounted within a tripod workflow.
Specialist Note
With a dedicated plate in the setup, battery mounting becomes part of the tripod rigging plan instead of something to sort out at the last minute. I’d look at this for a tripod-based video setup using a V-lock battery, especially when you want the battery’s mounting to be considered alongside the rest of the rig. The V-lock format gives you a clear starting point for deciding whether it suits your power setup; “universal” describes the plate, not a reason to assume every arrangement is identical. Its job is focused on mounting, so I’d choose it for that role rather than expecting it to handle other rig functions.
