Canon PIXMA TS8751 White

Canon PIXMA TS8751 White | Family printing with six separate inks

Print family photos with rich colour, then switch to everyday paperwork on the same home printer. The Canon PIXMA TS8751 White is a wireless, all-in-one inkjet printer with six individual inks, including both pigment black and photo black. That ink system is the key distinction: it serves crisp-looking text as well as colourful prints, so the printer has a clear role at the kitchen table or home desk. Print a borderless 10 × 15 cm photo in 13 seconds, prepare a batch of documents at up to 15 images per minute in black and white, or print in colour at up to 10 images per minute. Those speeds give you a concrete idea of what to expect for family paperwork and quick photo prints. Wireless printing from a mobile device is part of the package too, with Canon’s PRINT app providing a route from phone to printer. A tilting touchscreen and a choice of paper feeds add useful flexibility when different people are printing different things. It’s a capable home all-in-one, with a particularly useful mix of photo-focused ink and everyday document speed.

Features for Home Printing

• Six individual inks: The set comprises black, pigment black, cyan, magenta, yellow and grey. Having six distinct inks supports the printer’s dual role: document printing and colour photo output, rather than treating every job as the same kind of print.
• Tilting 4.3-inch touchscreen: The large colour display tilts for a more comfortable viewing angle on a desk or shelf. Canon’s Switch UI touchscreen interface presents printer functions and settings for direct selection at the machine.
• Wireless printing through Canon PRINT: Use the updated Canon PRINT app to send photos and documents from a mobile device. For Wi-Fi setup, iOS devices can use network details already stored on the device; Android and iOS phones can connect by scanning a QR code.
• Automatic double-sided printing: The printer can print on both sides of a sheet automatically. That’s useful for longer documents and helps reduce the amount of paper used for multi-page household printing.
• Two-way paper feed and disc tray: The two-direction paper feed supports printing on different media, while the multifunction tray handles disc labelling. It’s a handy extra for anyone who still makes printed labels for CDs or DVDs.
• High-resolution, borderless output: A maximum print resolution of 4800 × 1200 dpi supports detailed output, and borderless printing is available. Together with the six-ink system, these features suit photo prints as well as ordinary documents.

Good to know

The printer accepts A4, A5 and B5 paper. Its white housing measures 372 × 651 × 301 mm and weighs 6.6 kg, so it’s worth allowing space for the unit and its paper feed when choosing a spot for it. The PIXMA TS8750 series is also offered in black, but this TS8751 model is the white version.
