Cartoni C929/C Semi-Rigid Bag - W/Wheels
Cartoni C929/C Semi-Rigid Bag - W/Wheels | Roll your tripod between locations
Carrying a tripod by hand gets awkward when you’re moving between a vehicle, a studio and a setup point. The Cartoni C929/C is a dedicated tripod bag, with wheels for rolling it rather than carrying it throughout the journey. Its semi-rigid format gives the bag more structure than a simple soft carry sack, while keeping it a bag rather than a hard case. It suits tripod owners who want a named, purpose-made way to transport and store their support equipment. Use it for moving a tripod between locations, or for keeping the tripod together in storage when it’s not in use. The wheels are the practical reason to choose this version: they give you another way to move the bag when carrying it isn’t convenient. It’s a straightforward accessory, focused on tripod transport rather than extra features.
Specialist Note
This is a semi-rigid bag, not a hard case, so I wouldn’t choose it on the assumption that it offers hard-shell protection. Its appeal is simpler: you get a structured bag with wheels, which makes sense if you need to move a tripod without carrying it the whole way. I’d point a tripod owner towards the C929/C for the trip from the car to a location, or for keeping the tripod together between uses; roll the bag when the route allows, and carry it when it doesn’t. The C929/C designation is also handy to have when asking us about this specific Cartoni bag.
