Cokin BP-400-P Filter Holder Overview

The Cokin BP-400-P filter holder is an essential accessory for photographers working with wide-angle lenses, particularly those with shorter focal lengths (like 28mm, 24mm, or 20mm) and wide-angle zoom lenses (such as 24-50mm, 24-85mm, or 28-85mm). This filter holder system is highly recommended to minimize the risk of vignetting, which occurs when the edges of the image darken due to obstruction.

The P system can be easily fitted to lenses that have a filter thread diameter ranging from 48mm to 82mm. Adapters are available for each specific diameter to ensure a snug fit (refer to the accessories section for details).

Operating the Cokin BP-400 filter holder is straightforward:

• Attach the appropriate adapter ring to your lens.
• Slide the filter holder onto the adapter.
• Insert your chosen filter into the holder.
